Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and NewRoofPayment.com for access to NewRoofPayment.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering an agreement.

The Service provides free, preliminary roof replacement cost and payment estimates for planning purposes. Estimates may use user-entered information, representative market pricing, representative financing factors, and aerial, satellite, or roof measurement data supplied by third parties.

NewRoofPayment.com is not a roofing contractor, home inspector, engineer, lender, creditor, loan broker, or financial adviser. We do not perform roofing work, make lending decisions, or guarantee contractor availability. Any inspection, written proposal, financing application, or roofing contract is a separate transaction with the applicable provider, contractor, or lender.

Displayed amounts are estimates, not quotes, contracts, loan approvals, or offers of credit. Roof measurements may be incomplete or unavailable, and imagery may be dated. Final price depends on inspection, measurements, materials, code requirements, permits, labor, damage, decking, ventilation, disposal, property access, and the provider's written scope.

Payment examples use representative terms. Actual APR, fees, term, payment, and approval depend on the lender, product, creditworthiness, and then-current terms. Review all contractor and lender documents before deciding. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for a financial or property decision.

If you expressly request follow-up, we may send your request to one selected roofing provider. A selected provider may be affiliated with NewRoofPayment.com, under common ownership, or separately owned. Selection does not guarantee licensing, insurance, quality, availability, pricing, financing, or performance. You are responsible for evaluating the provider, confirming credentials and insurance, comparing proposals, and deciding whether to enter a separate agreement. We may receive compensation for referral or marketing services.

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit an address only for a property you own, occupy, manage, or are otherwise authorized to evaluate. You may not impersonate another person or submit another person's contact details without authority. You are responsible for reviewing a selected address before requesting roof data or provider contact.

Entering an address alone does not authorize provider contact. Contact may occur only after you supply contact details, check the separate authorization, and submit the request. That authorization is limited to live telephone calls, email, and text messages about your roofing project, including estimate, payment, scheduling, and service options. Texts may be sent using automated technology. It does not authorize prerecorded calls or unrelated campaigns. We ask for a preferred contact method and request that the selected provider use it whenever reasonably possible. You may withdraw permission as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service uses Google Maps Platform. Your use of Google-provided features and content is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms, the Google Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy. Other third-party services and linked sites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.

You may not misuse the Service, submit false or unlawful information, scrape or bulk-query results, probe or bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, reverse engineer restricted components, violate third-party rights, or use the Service in a way that violates law or Google Maps Platform restrictions.

We and our licensors retain rights in the Service, its design, software, original content, and branding. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal evaluation of a roofing project. Google and other third-party content remains owned and licensed by its respective provider.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that estimates, measurements, imagery, provider information, or financing examples will be complete, current, or accurate. Rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewRoofPayment.com and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us to use the Service during the twelve months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or restrict use that threatens the Service, users, or third parties. We may update these terms prospectively. The effective date and version identify the current terms; material changes apply after reasonable notice where required. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
